Tracy the Author
Throughout her many years working with meetings and events in the faith-based market, Tracy had the opportunity to partner with thousands of volunteers, at one point overseeing a thriving team of 500+. She loves to serve others and get them connected to opportunities where they can share their gifts and talents, support an organization, and find community by way of volunteering at events.
Later, Tracy was inspired to write her book Cultivating a Healthy Volunteer Team when she was hearing from ministry leaders over and over about their struggles to build and maintain volunteer programs. She wanted to share her experiences with healthy, sustainable teams with others and provide them with practical tips that are easy to implement to get them on the right track.
In Tracy’s book you will learn skills such as; helping volunteers embrace their decision to serve, communicating effectively with volunteers, designing a system to manage volunteer efforts, and much more.
